2.1 Product Samples– standard pallet, 1500 tinplate sheets approximately.
2. Company Information:2.1 For Ukrainian Companies:2.1.1 State Registration Certificate.
2.1.2 Reference – Extract from EDRPOU Register.
2.1.3 VAT Taxpayer Certificate.
2.1.4 Reference on registration as a Taxpayer.
2.2 For Foreign Companies:2.2.1 Company Certificate of Incorporation or any other documents certifying its incorporation in a country of origin of the goods/selling the goods.
2.2.2 Certificate on a Company Tax System.
2.2.3 Company Rules.
3. Your Commercial Offer Price may be prepared in any form and it shall specify the information as follows:3.1 Delivery Terms (INCOMTERMS 2000).
